Our Montreal team is looking for a Senior Digital Project Manager to join our client team. In this role, you don’t just manage projects, you shape them. From the very first conversation, you help define the right approach, the right scope, and sometimes tell clients what they actually need, not just what they asked for. You’ll work with designers, developers, strategists, and growth specialists across Montreal, Copenhagen, London, and Toronto. We’re looking for someone who combines strong project management skills with a deep understanding of digital agency environments and digital projects, and who can confidently mobilize both teams and clients around the work. What you’ll own Own the early phase of client engagements, from first conversation to defining the right approach and scope, yes, you’re the one asking the questions no one else thought of Help shape proposals that actually make sense, for the client, for the team, and for reality Lead digital projects (website, applications, digital marketing) end-to-end: scope, budget, timelines, delivery, and keeping everyone sane along the way Translate business goals and client needs into clear product direction, turning “we need something cool” into something that actually works Own requirement gathering and structuring, bringing clarity to complex needs and turning them into actionable plans Build and manage well-structured backlogs, with clear priorities, logic, and purpose, no chaos, no guesswork Align designers, developers, strategists, and marketers around shared goals, even when opinions get strong Spot risks early, solve problems fast, keep momentum high, before things become “a situation” Build strong client relationships grounded in trust, honesty, and not just saying yes to everything Continuously improve how we work, because “we’ve always done it this way” is not your thing Your skills & expertise Strong foundation in project management, you know your frameworks, but you’re not a slave to them Experience in business requirement gathering and translating needs into structured plans, user stories, and backlogs Ability to bring clarity to ambiguity, structuring complex ideas into actionable product direction Solid understanding of digital: branding, web, UX, and growth, you get how it all connects Strategic mindset, you don’t just execute, you question, challenge, and improve Confidence in client conversations, including scope, budget, and value, you can have the conversations others avoid Ability to lead and challenge cross-functional teams to reach stronger outcomes, not just polite alignment Strong understanding of AI tools, and more importantly, when and how they actually make sense to use Who you are Positive energy and strong team spirit, people like working with you, it matters Structured and proactive, you bring clarity where others see complexity High ownership and drive, you don’t wait to be told, you move things forward You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity and turning it into direction You bring momentum, raise the bar, and don’t settle for average work, even when it would be easier Strong communicator in English and French, clear, direct, and easy to understand, even on a Monday morning Please expect from us The most important thing that we offer is an inspiring and ambitious work environment, with an emphasis on learning and development, both personally and as a team.
