Introduction: We are seeking an experienced Informatica MDM Developer to join our innovative data management team. This role is vital in designing, developing, and maintaining robust Master Data Management (MDM) solutions that ensure enterprise-wide data consistency, accuracy, and integrity. The successful candidate will architect and implement scalable Informatica IDMC data integration pipelines and workflows that support critical business processes, enabling better decision-making and operational efficiency. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to drive data quality, ingestion, and integration initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement scalable Informatica MDM Hub solutions tailored to business requirements, including configuring mappings, match rules, survivorship rules, and business rules.
• Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and stakeholders to gather and analyze data integration needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain Informatica PowerCenter mappings, workflows, and sessions to support inbound and outbound MDM integrations.
• Build and optimize data ingestion pipelines ensuring seamless integration of master data from diverse sources.
• Perform comprehensive data profiling, data quality checks, and data cleansing to uphold master data integrity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MDM workflows, data integration performance, and data quality.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities to ensure high-quality, error-free deliverables.
• Document technical designs, procedures, and user manuals for MDM implementations to facilitate knowledge sharing and support.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for scalability and operational efficiency.
• Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in MDM, Informatica IDMC, and related data management technologies.
• Leverage foundational knowledge of Mean Stack technologies to collaborate effectively with front-end and back-end development teams when required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 5 to 8 years of proven experience as an Informatica MDM Developer or in a similar role focused on data integration and master data management.
• Strong expertise in SQL and experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or Teradata.
• Hands-on experience with Informatica IDMC, Informatica PowerCenter, and Informatica MDM Hub development and configuration.
• Solid understanding of MDM data modeling, data governance, and data quality/profiling concepts.
• Experience designing and managing inbound and outbound data integrations.
• Familiarity with data ingestion techniques and building scalable data integration pipelines.
• Knowledge of Mean Stack is a plus to facilitate collaboration with full-stack teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications such as Informatica MDM Developer Certification are highly desirable.
