Description
Our client is seeking a highly capable Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end project lifecycle delivery across multiple client engagements. This role partners closely with the Cloud and Compliance Advisory teams to support a variety of frameworks and service lines. The Project Manager will drive project execution within scope, schedule, and budget while fostering strong client relationships and effectively managing escalations. This is a highly autonomous role requiring strong ownership, clear communication, and the ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams with minimal oversight.

Required Experience
– Minimum 3 years of project management experience.
– Minimum 1 year in a client-facing consulting environment.
– Bachelor’s degree, or Associate’s degree with equivalent experience in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
– Ability to support the Cloud and Compliance Advisory teams based in the United States on a full-time basis.
– Experience with Smartsheet or Microsoft Project, or other Project Management tool.
– Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through full project lifecycles.
– Strong understanding of waterfall and agile methodologies.
– Demonstrated success managing multiple simultaneous projects.
– Proven project ownership with a track record of delivering commitments.

Education

Job responsibilities
Essential Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Execution
– Own the full project lifecycle—from initiation through deployment—for multiple concurrent initiatives.
– Serve as the primary point of contact for both clients and internal Coalfire teams.
– Develop detailed project plans for all phases, ensuring clear milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
– Partner with Resource Deployment Managers to secure staffing aligned with project needs.
– Work closely with engagement leads to coordinate day‑to‑day activities across project teams.
Governance, Communication & Reporting
– Provide clear, timely status updates on milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues to leadership and stakeholders.
– Manage project scope, budget, timelines, communication plans, and change controls.
– Set, communicate, and manage expectations with project stakeholders at all levels.
– Develop and deliver progress reports, requirements documentation, and presentations for project teams, sponsors, and executives.
Risk, Issue & Dependency Management
– Monitor and manage project issues, conflicts, critical paths, and dependencies.
– Escalate risks and issues appropriately and drive them to resolution.
– Ensure adherence to established quality standards and Coalfire methodologies.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
– Communicate and partner with resources to deliver a seamless and effective customer experience.
– Encourage operational excellence and provide feedback to improve processes and methodologies.
– Perform additional duties as assigned and maintain company-defined billable utilization targets.
Work Environment & Travel
– Hybrid Office Environment – 3 days in office, remote 2 days a week.
– Minimal travel unless required for client engagements (as applicable).
