Your Tasks
- Supporting the Information Security team for continuous development of the Information Security functions
- Implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving Information Security and Cybersecurity policies, procedures, guidelines and controls
- Assessing, monitoring, and supporting the remediation of information security risks, vulnerabilities, and incidents
- Preparing security reports, dashboards and presentations
- Supporting security awareness initiatives, security-related projects, and audit activities
- Conducting Information Security compliance reviews, gap analyses, and periodic testing of security controls
- Advising IT and business units on information security matters and contribute to the continuous improvement of security processes and controls
What You Bring
- Degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Information Security, or a related field
- Relevant professional experience in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Information Risk Management, etc.
- Knowledge of Information Security standards, regulatory requirements, and security technologies
- Understanding IT systems, infrastructure, and security controls
- 2+ years of experience in the banking or financial services sector
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, CEH, CompTIA Security+, ISC2 CC, or equivalent) are considered an asset
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently, with different stakeholders, and managing multiple priorities
- High level of responsibility, reliability, and ownership
- Strong communication skills, fluent English and German

Minimum gross wage in accordance with the collective agreement if the minimum requirements are met: EUR 3.584,26 /month with willingness to overpay depending on professional experience and training.
