Are you experienced in compliance, audit support, evidence collection, or project coordination? Join a team supporting critical New York Department of Financial Services regulatory compliance initiatives across a large application portfolio.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate the collection and validation of NYDFS compliance evidence across business, IT, and vendor teams.
• Maintain organized, audit-ready documentation and track compliance status.
• Identify compliance gaps and support remediation efforts.
• Coordinate with application owners and external vendors to drive follow-ups and closure.
• Provide project management support, including status reports, risk tracking, and escalation.
• Help improve the annual NYDFS attestation process through better workflows, templates, quality checks, and metrics.

What We're Looking For

✔ Experience supporting audits, regulatory compliance, attestations, or evidence collection

✔ Strong organization and attention to detail

✔ Ability to validate documentation and identify compliance gaps

✔ Project management and stakeholder coordination experience

✔ Strong written and verbal English communication skills

✔ Comfortable working with business, IT, and vendor stakeholders

✔ Ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines
