Role Description The Information Technology Intern role is a full-time remote position focused on supporting daily IT operations and learning core technology skills. The intern will assist with basic network administration tasks, help monitor system performance, and support troubleshooting activities for hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to internal support requests, documenting technical issues and resolutions, and escalating complex problems to senior team members when needed. The intern will also help with routine network security checks, updates, and basic maintenance, while providing professional and timely customer service to users. This role offers practical training, mentorship, and exposure to a broad range of IT functions in a distributed work environment.
