We are seeking an experienced IT Procurement Manager to join a high-performing procurement function within a large and complex organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused procurement professional with deep expertise in technology consulting, professional services, and IT sourcing to lead strategic procurement initiatives and deliver significant business value.

Working closely with senior stakeholders across technology, legal, finance and procurement teams, you'll take ownership of sourcing programmes, supplier negotiations, contract management and commercial strategy development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities across technology consulting and professional services categories.
• Manage RFx processes, supplier evaluations and pricing analysis.
• Negotiate complex commercial agreements and Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Deliver measurable cost savings and commercial improvements through effective supplier negotiations.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop procurement strategies aligned to business objectives.
• Review and negotiate contractual terms, including pricing, service levels, liability, data protection and termination clauses.
• Support supplier risk, compliance, security and governance requirements.
• Drive supplier performance, renewals and contract lifecycle management activities.

Essential Experience

• Extensive experience in IT Procurement, Strategic Sourcing or Category Management.
• Strong background sourcing technology consulting, managed services and professional services.
• Proven experience running complex procurement exercises, RFx events and supplier negotiations.
• Expertise reviewing and negotiating technology and professional services contracts.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical capability and attention to detail.
• Experience operating within structured procurement governance frameworks.
• Knowledge of procurement and contract management platforms such as Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, ServiceNow or similar.
• Experience managing supplier relationships and contract renewals.
