Information Technology Productivity Enablement Summer 2027 Internship- Hybrid -Des Moines, Iowa

Wellabe is seeking an intern to join our IT help desk team for a10-week paid internship from June 7th through August 13th, 2027. In this collaborative role, you will get a chance to learn important skills and gain professional experience by working on a variety of projects and learning from our team. This internship will provide hands-on experience with key IT operations, emerging technologies, and cross-functional collaboration throughout the department.

Essential Functions

• Vulnerability management and patching initiatives
• Assisting with the development of an AI-powered self-service solution
• Gaining exposure to all areas of the IT department, as our team supports a broad range of technologies and business functions across the organization through Service Desk support

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing degree in IT or related field.
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
• Previous internship or related experience is a plus
