Information Technology Project Manager

Project Manager – IT GXP – East Flanders (Remote OK) – Long term project. Hands on.

Brief

We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager to lead a range of business and IT transformation initiatives across the organisation. This is a transversal role, working across Supply Chain, Operations, IT and external partners to deliver projects from initiation through to go-live.

Projects may include ERP initiatives, Transport Management System implementations, planning system upgrades, logistics optimisation programmes and IT projects within a GxP-regulated environment.

What will you be doing?

• Lead end-to-end delivery of cross-functional business and IT projects.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate business users, IT teams, vendors and implementation partners.
• Deliver IT projects within GxP-regulated settings, ensuring compliance requirements are met.
• Support transformation initiatives across logistics, planning and supply chain operations.
• Facilitate workshops, steer decision-making and ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Be adaptable – the client can be non-standard at times and you need to keep calm in the chaos.

What do we need?

• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering complex business and IT projects.
• ERP Project Experience
• Experience delivering projects within a GxP-regulated environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Hands-on approach with the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels.
• Experience working with third-party vendors and implementation partners.
• Supply Chain Experience is a huge bonus.
