Information Technology Specialist

A growing healthcare technology business is looking for a professional to join the team and manage end-to-end software implementations. The role focuses on supporting clinical administration and billing modules, ensuring seamless integration and operational stability for healthcare providers. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver digital solutions that improve efficiency in medical settings.

What you'll be doing

• Managing the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and customizing of healthcare administration modules.

• Analyzing and optimizing clinical billing and administrative processes to meet new system requirements.

• Designing efficient digital solutions for clinical departments and ensuring their sustainable implementation.

• Managing technical interfaces between enterprise business systems and specialized healthcare software.

• Planning and conducting workshops and user training sessions to ensure high system acceptance.

What we're looking for

• A degree in Information Technology, Medical Informatics, or a related technical qualification.

• Professional experience in IT consulting, preferably within the healthcare or clinical sector.

• Familiarity with patient administration systems, billing software, or hospital information systems.

• Experience working with interface technologies and process modeling.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage customer requirements independently.

• Fluency in German and English is required.
