Information Technology Support Analyst

Service Support Analyst | Buckinghamshire | Up to £40,000 + Bonus

We’re looking for a Service Support Analyst to join an established technology team within a financial services organisation, providing 1st and 2nd line support while gaining exposure across Microsoft 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, Cyber Security and technology projects.

This would be a great opportunity for someone with a strong Microsoft support background who enjoys troubleshooting, working directly with users and taking ownership of issues from start to finish.

What you'll be doing

• Providing 1st and 2nd line IT support across incidents and service requests
• Troubleshooting Windows 11, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Microsoft 365, Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint and Copilot
• Supporting laptops, remote users and office technology
• Managing joiners, movers and leavers and user access
• Responding to Cyber Security alerts and supporting security controls
• Working closely with third-party technology and infrastructure suppliers
• Supporting Information Security and Data Protection activities
• Getting involved in technology rollouts, user training and testing
• Supporting the end-to-end delivery of smaller technology projects

What we're looking for

• Previous experience within IT Support, Service Desk or Technical Support
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and M365 technologies
• Experience supporting AVD, Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive and SharePoint
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and confidence supporting non-technical users
• Someone who enjoys taking ownership and wants to broaden their technical exposure

Experience with ITIL, Managed Service Providers, Information Security/Data Protection or Microsoft certifications would be beneficial.

The package

📍 Buckinghamshire – hybrid working, 4-5 days per week on-site

💰 Up to £40,000 depending on experience

🎯 Discretionary bonus – 7.5% OTE / up to 15%
