Role Overview:

• We are seeking an experienced P2P IT Project Support Specialist to provide additional capacity to our existing P2P IT team during a period of high project activity and multiple concurrent go-lives.
• The role focuses on coordinating and executing testing activities, investigating application and integration issues, managing project risks, and collaborating across multiple IT workstreams, suppliers, and business users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support multiple P2P-related projects, enhancements, and go-live activities.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute testing activities, including integration, end-to-end, regression, and user acceptance testing support.
• Investigate application issues, process failures, data discrepancies, and integration errors, driving resolution with relevant teams.
• Analyze error logs, identify root causes, coordinate corrective actions, and follow up on open defects before go-live.
• Perform Finance master data maintenance activities, including data creation, updates, validation, issue resolution, and data quality monitoring.
• Proactively identify project risks and dependencies, and contribute to process improvements and automation opportunities.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Experience working with enterprise applications and IT projects.
• Understanding of Finance and Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes, along with Finance master data knowledge.
• Experience with Basware, Infor LN, and M3 is considered an advantage.
• Strong understanding of integrations, interfaces, data flows, testing, and defect management.
• Excellent self-driven ownership mindset with strong communication and coordination skills.
