Infrastructure Architect

We’re looking for a Nutanix Lead Architect for a long-term remote infrastructure transformation project.

⏰ Full-time | 1 November 2026–30 June 2027, with possible extension

What we need:

Skills and Requirements

HCI & Nutanix-Centrix Private Cloud Architecture & Design | Experience: 6-8 years

• Proven experience designing enterprise Nutanix private cloud architectures across on-premises and

edge environments.

Nutanix Multicloud Infrastructure Architecture | Experience 5-7 years

• Deep architectural expertise in Nutanix AOS, AHV, Prism and Lifecycle tooling with design and

governance responsibility.

Resilience, Performance & Lifecycle Design | Experience: 5-7 years

• Strong background in HA design, performance optimization, capacity planning, and lifecycle

management.

Observability & Operations Architecture | Experience: 3-5 Years

• Architectural experience designing capacity, performance, and operational visibility for Nutanix platforms

using Prism-based tooling.

Security, Compliance & Operational Architecture | Experience: 4-6 years

• Experience embedding security controls, compliance requirements, and operational constraints into

designs.

Enterprise Networking & SD-WAN Awareness | Experience: 3-5 years

• Solid understanding of enterprise Networking and SDN integration patterns at an architectural level.

Automation & Standardization Awareness (Ansible) | Experience: 2-4 years

• Ability to architect platforms that support automation and standardization.

Technical Communication & Stakeholder Alignment

• Ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts, architectural decisions, and trade-offs to diverse

stakeholders, including customer technical leadership, delivery teams, and internal partners.

Analytical Thinking & Structured Problem Solving

• Strong capability to analyze complex infrastructure requirements, identify risks and dependencies, and

apply structured thinking to drive sound architectural and engagement decisions.

Collaboration & Influence Through Expertise

• Ability to work effectively across consulting, architecture, engineering, and network teams, contributing to

aligned outcomes through technical expertise, clarity, and constructive collaboration.

Certification Requirements

• Nutanix Certified Professional – Multicloud Infrastructure (NCP-MCI)

• Nutanix Certified Expert – Multicloud Infrastructure (NCX-MCI)

• Nutanix Platform Expert (NPX) or equivalent advanced Nutanix architecture accreditation

Mandatory Project Experience

VMware vSphere/VCF Transformation | Experience: 5-8 years

• Proven experience leading VMware vSphere/VCF to Nutanix NCP transformation and modernization

initiatives.

• Design and governance of target-state Nutanix NCP architectures for enterprise-scale environments.

• Hands-on experience planning and executing VMware ESXi/vCenter workload migrations to Nutanix

NCP.

• Strong understanding of VMware and Nutanix platform architecture, lifecycle management, HA, storage,

networking, and operational models.

• Experience producing discovery assessments, migration strategies, transformation roadmaps, HLDs, and

LLDs for brownfield migration programs.
