Join Amaris Consulting and work on Infrastructure Cybersecurity, Risk Management & Cloud Security for a leading international group in its sector. Be part of an international cybersecurity team, grow in a hybrid environment in Madrid, and develop your career within a global organization that values ownership, collaboration, and technical excellence.

🎯 Your mission & impact

As an Infrastructure Cybersecurity Project Manager, you will integrate cybersecurity into infrastructure and cloud projects, ensuring that risks are identified, assessed, treated and properly monitored throughout the project lifecycle. You will work on servers, cloud architectures (especially Azure), infrastructure projects and network flows, coordinating project teams, IT Owners and infrastructure teams in an international environment.

✅ What we’re looking for

  • Higher education degree in Cybersecurity, IT or Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity.
  • Proven experience in cybersecurity risk analysis and project risk management.
  • Good knowledge of risk assessment methodologies, particularly ISO 27005.
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure and cloud architectures, especially Azure.
  • Ability to work with and coordinate teams across cloud, infrastructure, network, security and business areas.
  • Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent English for daily collaboration in an international, multi‑country context.

🛠 What you will do

  • Support infrastructure and cloud projects from the design phase onwards, ensuring security by design.
  • Identify risks related to servers, cloud architectures and technical flows.
  • Perform cybersecurity risk assessments and define the required security measures.
  • Ensure that security requirements and actions are taken into account throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor open risks, decisions and risk treatment plans, and track action plans through to closure.
  • Apply a structured risk assessment methodology (ISO 27005), assessing confidentiality, integrity and availability impacts.
  • Challenge technical measures proposed by project and infrastructure teams and document residual risks and risk treatment decisions.
  • Monitor action plans resulting from penetration tests, coordinate corrective actions, verify that recommendations are implemented, and consolidate remediation evidence.
  • Analyze network flow and firewall opening requests, and participate in the validation of privileged access requests, ensuring they are justified and compliant with security requirements.
  • Coordinate discussions with network and infrastructure teams, identifying situations requiring further analysis or management arbitration.
  • Organize and lead meetings with relevant teams, prepare agendas and minutes, and track decisions and related actions.
  • Facilitate communication between cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud and project teams, and contribute to the coordination of the security community.

🧠 Your mindset & soft skills

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills applied to cybersecurity and project risks.
  • Structured, organized and detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple projects, risks and action plans in parallel.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication, comfortable interacting with technical and business teams at different levels.
  • Proactive and autonomous, capable of driving risk treatment, remediation and follow‑up without constant supervision.
  • Comfortable working in international and multicultural environments, adapting your communication to different audiences.

✨ Nice to have

  • Experience with Azure security (architectures, controls, best practices).
  • Experience with penetration testing follow‑up and vulnerability management in infrastructure environments.
  • Knowledge of other risk or security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.).

🚀 Why join us?

  • Join a fast‑growing global consulting group with strong cybersecurity and infrastructure practices.
  • Work in a hybrid model in Madrid within an international environment (IT and business teams across several countries).
  • Develop your skills in infrastructure cybersecurity, cloud security (Azure), risk management, penetration test follow‑up and network security.
  • Grow your career within Amaris Consulting and the Mantu Group, with access to international opportunities and continuous learning.
