We support clients across the capital lifecycle, from setting major programs up for success, through commercial advisory and supply chain engagement, to delivery assurance during execution. The Opportunity Our Infrastructure Delivery team is preparing to support a landmark infrastructure program on the Sunshine Coast, creating a rare opportunity for experienced professionals to join a major project in its formative stages. This high-profile, multi-disciplinary program will play a significant role in shaping the region's future, and we're building a team of talented professionals who thrive in complex project environments and are passionate about delivering lasting community outcomes. Skills and Experience To be successful in this opportunity, you will bring a combination of major project delivery expertise, commercial acumen, and the ability to influence outcomes across complex stakeholder environments. Ideally, you will possess the following: Demonstrated experience (typically 10+ years) delivering major transport, civil, utilities, or infrastructure projects within complex delivery environments. A proven track record of leading or contributing to large-scale infrastructure programs, with responsibility for achieving project, commercial, and stakeholder outcomes. Strong stakeholder engagement and interface management capability, with experience working across clients, contractors, government agencies, local authorities, and community stakeholders. Ability to navigate complexity and influence decision-making across multidisciplinary teams and multiple project interfaces. Well-developed commercial, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks, drive solutions, and support informed project decisions. Experience managing competing priorities while maintaining a focus on safety, quality, program, and delivery objectives. Sound understanding of WHS, environmental, quality, and governance requirements within major project environments. Flexibility to travel across the Sunshine Coast region as required to support project delivery. Desirable Experience Candidates with any of the following experience will be highly regarded: Experience delivering major infrastructure, transport, roads, rail, utilities, or capital works programs. Previous involvement in alliance, collaborative contracting, PPP, or other integrated delivery models. Experience working within client-side, contractor, consultancy, or program management environments. Demonstrated success working with local government, state government, or other key infrastructure stakeholders. Experience supporting projects through planning, development, procurement, and delivery phases. Familiarity with complex, multi-stakeholder programs involving significant interface, integration, or community engagement requirements.
