Infrastructure Engineer (L3 Support)

A global digital marketing solutions company is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer (L3 Support).

As an L3 Support Engineer, you will lead advanced server and network troubleshooting and support stable and efficient IT operations.

Responsibilities:

- Design, build, operate, and maintain server infrastructure in both on-premises and cloud environments

- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex server issues (performance degradation, hardware failures, software conflicts, security vulnerabilities, etc.)

- Build and operate server environments including OS (Windows, Linux) and virtualization platforms (VMware, Azure VDI)

- Implement and maintain security measures such as access control, firewalls, and IDS

- Automate server-related tasks to improve efficiency and reliability

- Perform regular backups and ensure disaster recovery (DR) readiness

- Monitor server performance and detect early signs of issues

- Stay up to date with server technologies and trends

- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders

- Diagnose and troubleshoot escalated network issues (connectivity problems, routing errors, security incidents, performance issues, etc.)

- Design and operate network configurations including routers, switches, firewalls, TCP/IP protocols, and security mechanisms

- Monitor network performance and identify potential issues

- Design and implement network upgrades and expansions

- Stay up to date with network technologies and trends

- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders

Required Skills:

- 5+ years of experience as an IT Infrastructure Engineer

- Experience building Windows Server environments

- Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware / Hyper-V)

- Experience with network equipment (Cisco, Palo Alto firewalls, etc.)

- Knowledge of Active Directory

- Basic operational experience with SQL Server

- JLPT N2+
