Infrastructure Engineer, System & Network

Great systems remove friction and boost team productivity. In this role, you’ll fully own our internal stack — keeping things secure, stable, and helping every team move faster and smarter. Results Expected Maintain 99.95%+ infrastructure uptime across all mission-critical systems (e.g., VPN, internal tools, endpoints, etc.) over rolling 90-day periods. Deliver infrastructure roadmap milestones on time (≥90% on-time delivery), with stakeholder alignment and documentation completed before rollout. Actively identify and lead 2+ improvements per quad to internal infrastructure or tooling — not reactive tickets, but proactive ownership. Roll out one major infrastructure upgrade or automation initiative (e.g., MDM system, VPN overhaul, network monitoring) every 6 months, with post-launch NPS ≥ 8 from stakeholders. Reduce manual IT overhead by 30% through scripting, automation, or self-service tools within 6 months. Cultural Competencies Takes full ownership — doesn’t wait, just solves. Questions assumptions and rebuilds from first principles. Balances speed and quality — ships fast, but always clean. Collaborates fluidly across teams; communicates clearly, with empathy and precision. Technical Competencies Designs and maintains internal systems (VPN, MDM, SSO, identity) for high reliability and performance. Automates infra and IT tasks end-to-end — from support tickets to provisioning — using scripting and config-as-code. Builds secure-by-default environments, proactively identifying and mitigating risks. Responds to outages and incidents with speed and rigor; builds resilient playbooks to prevent recurrence.
