自社開発するWAF製品「SiteGuard」の、クラウド基盤の運用・強化・発展に貢献いただきます。

「SiteGuard」シリーズは導入実績150万サイトを超え、国内トップシェアを持っています（※日本マーケティングリサーチ機構「2023年12月期_指定領域における市場調査」調べ）。ホスト型・クラウド型・ゲートウェイ型とオールラウンドな製品群を大規模に提供しているのは国内で当社のみと自負しており、この製品群と技術力を活かして企業のニーズに柔軟に応えていきます。

■ 業務内容

【クラウドインフラの設計・構築・運用】

・AWSやOCIを用いた、可用性・耐障害性の高いWAFサービス提供基盤の設計・構築・保守

・技術トレンドの調査・評価、技術スタックの選定と標準化の推進

・IaCツールを用いた構成管理と自動化の推進

・システム障害発生時の技術調査および復旧対応

■ 必須の経験・スキル（すべてに該当する方）

・AWSまたはOCI（または両方）を利用した環境での設計・構築・運用経験（3年以上）

・Pythonやシェルスクリプトなどを用いたAPI連携や業務自動化の経験（3年以上）

・コンテナ技術（Dockerなど）を用いた開発経験

・ビジネスレベル以上の日本語力（読み書き・会話）

・Kubernetesなどコンテナオーケストレーション技術を用いた構築・運用経験

■ 募集概要

・雇用形態：正社員（試用期間3ヶ月、期間中の条件変更なし）

・想定年収：600万円～800万円（月収50万円～66万円）

Join us as an Infrastructure Engineer and own the cloud platform (AWS and OCI) behind SiteGuard, Japan's No.1 WAF. You will build security-focused expertise while directly supporting the growth of a large-scale service. Fully remote work is available.

*Business-level Japanese (reading, writing and speaking) is required for this position.

■ About the Role

You will operate, strengthen and evolve the cloud platform for SiteGuard, our in-house WAF product.

The SiteGuard series has been deployed on more than 1.5 million websites and holds the top market share in Japan (source: Japan Marketing Research Organization, survey of designated areas, December 2023). We believe we are the only company in Japan offering host-based, cloud-based and gateway-based WAF products at this scale, and we combine this product line with our technical expertise to meet a wide range of customer needs.

■ Responsibilities

[Cloud infrastructure design, build and operations]

- Design, build and maintain a highly available, fault-tolerant WAF service platform on AWS and OCI

- Research and evaluate technology trends; select and standardize the technology stack

- Drive configuration management and automation using IaC tools

- Investigate and recover from system incidents

[Security and compliance]

- Plan and implement security measures such as access control, vulnerability management and log monitoring

[Performance and cost optimization]

- Analyze bottlenecks, improve performance and optimize auto-scaling

- Monitor cloud usage and continuously propose and implement cost optimizations

[New technology and AI]

- Plan, validate and introduce new WAF features and operational efficiencies, including the use of AI

[DevOps / SRE]

- Build and improve CI/CD pipelines and strengthen monitoring to raise development efficiency and service quality

■ Required Qualifications (all of the following)

- 3+ years designing, building and operating environments on AWS and/or OCI

- 3+ years of API integration or automation using Python, shell scripts, etc.

- Development experience with container technologies (e.g. Docker)

- Business-level Japanese (reading, writing and speaking)

■ Preferred Qualifications

- Building and operating systems with container orchestration (e.g. Kubernetes)

- Hands-on IaC experience (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.)

- Designing and operating monitoring and log analysis systems (Prometheus, Grafana, Fluentd, Fluent Bit, etc.)

- Source control with Git and building/operating CI/CD pipelines

- Multi-cloud experience

- Knowledge or experience in security (WAF, IDS/IPS, vulnerability assessment, etc.)

- Cloud certifications (e.g. AWS Certified Solutions Architect)

- Experience building MLOps platforms

■ Employment Details

- Employment type: Full-time, permanent (3-month probation with no change in conditions)

- Annual salary: JPY 6M–8M (monthly JPY 500,000–660,000), based on skills, experience and market rates

- Office: Kamiyacho Office, Shiroyama Trust Tower 20F, 4-3-1 Toranomon, Minato-ku, Tokyo (3 min walk from Kamiyacho Station)

- Remote work: Fully remote available. You may be asked to come to the office during onboarding or when needed (business trips for those living far away)
