The Manager, Infrastructure Operations & Internal IT is responsible for leading the organization's infrastructure operations, internal IT services, and end-user computing environment. This position leads a team of 7 to 8 infrastructure and IT professionals while ensuring the reliability, security, compliance, and performance of enterprise technology platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong people leadership with a technical background across Windows infrastructure, AWS cloud services, Linux systems, databases, and enterprise IT operations. While this is primarily a leadership role, the manager must possess sufficient technical depth to guide architectural decisions, support operational planning, manage risk, and effectively lead technical teams. This role also serves as a key partner to security, compliance, and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 7 to 8 infrastructure and internal IT professionals. Oversee day-to-day operations of corporate IT services, including endpoint and laptop lifecycle management. Manage and support enterprise infrastructure across Windows server environments, AWS cloud platforms, and hybrid systems. Provide leadership and operational oversight for Linux systems and database platforms. Ensure infrastructure availability, resiliency, security, and operational performance. Partner with compliance, audit, and security teams to maintain adherence to organizational and regulatory requirements. Develop and maintain operational standards, procedures, and service delivery expectations. Lead infrastructure modernization, cloud optimization, and operational improvement initiatives. Serve as the senior escalation point for infrastructure and internal IT issues. Collaborate with business and technology leaders to align infrastructure services with organizational objectives. Monitor key operational metrics, risks, and service delivery performance. Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in infrastructure operations, systems administration, or enterprise IT. 3+ years of experience managing technical teams. Strong background administering Windows server environments and enterprise infrastructure. Experience supporting and managing AWS cloud environments, including cloud operations, governance, and optimization. Working knowledge of Linux operating systems and administration. Understanding of database technologies and operational support. Experience supporting compliance, audit, security, or governance initiatives. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications Experience leading hybrid cloud environments consisting of AWS and on-premises infrastructure. Previous responsibility for infrastructure strategy, capacity planning, and operational governance. Experience with cybersecurity best practices, vulnerability management, and infrastructure compliance. ITIL, AWS, Microsoft, or other infrastructure-related certifications. Experience working within a highly regulated or compliance-driven environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $125000.00 - $145000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
