■About the Company

The company builds proprietary private clouds in data centers as well as utilizing public clouds, handling traffic on the scale of tens of Gbps.

The network is configured with BGP, accommodating servers using either EVPN/VXLAN or BGP. Further expansions are planned for this fiscal year, placing the organization in a phase of co-creating the infrastructure that underpins business growth.

At present, many areas still remain to be fully developed and refined.

For this reason, the company seeks individuals who can enjoy the challenge of moving beyond routine operations—reflecting improvements into architectural design to deliver high-quality infrastructure to users.

■About the Position

The company is recruiting a Network Engineer to primarily manage and drive infrastructure operations, with a core focus on network engineering that supports its data centers. The primary hardware stack encompasses network devices, servers, and firewalls.

The scope of impact extends beyond data center environments. This position offers broad involvement in internal corporate infrastructure domains, expecting the candidate to support, evolve, and elevate the company's entire infrastructure ecosystem from both data center and corporate network perspectives.

■Responsibilities

◾️Data Center Infrastructure (Private Cloud)

・Design, operation, and deployment of networks centered on Layer 3 switches and servers

・Layer 2 connectivity: Configured using EVPN/VXLAN

・Layer 3 connectivity: Connected via BGP

・Design, operation, and management of external connections using dedicated lines and IPsec connections

・Analyzing traffic on the order of tens of Gbps and optimizing the network

・Driving infrastructure expansion projects

・Implementing an improvement cycle that incorporates feedback from daily operations into the design process

◾️Internal Infrastructure

・Design, deployment, and operation of the internal network, focusing on Layer 3 switches, Layer 2 switches, and firewalls

・Design, deployment, and management of wireless LAN environments (providing access ranging from user authentication to the Internet and data centers)

・Operation and management of Windows servers

・Establishment of a security-conscious network environment designed for hybrid work

・Troubleshooting and driving improvements to provide high-quality network services to internal users

【Required】

Experience in the design, operation, and implementation of networks (L3 switches, L2 switches), servers, and firewalls

Ability to proactively identify issues and translate them into design and improvement initiatives

Enjoys taking a proactive approach to “building something together” in an environment that is not yet fully established

Japanese communication skills at the N1 level
