Infrastructure Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to lead global infrastructure initiatives within an international organization operating in a highly regulated environment.

The Project Manager will report directly to the US organization and will be responsible for delivering strategic infrastructure projects, including new country rollouts, data center initiatives, hardware implementations, and infrastructure projects resulting from company acquisitions.

Responsibilities

• Manage international infrastructure projects from initiation to delivery.
• Coordinate the implementation of new infrastructure and network environments.
• Lead data center and hardware deployment projects.
• Manage projects related to company acquisitions and infrastructure integration.
• Control project scope, budget, risks, and timelines.
• Prepare and present weekly status reports to US stakeholders.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary and international teams.
• Ensure projects comply with quality and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing IT Infrastructure Projects.
• Experience delivering complex international infrastructure initiatives.
• PMP certification is highly valued.
• Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Previous experience in highly regulated industries (Banking or Pharmaceutical preferred).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Availability for international travel.
• Fluent English (C1) (mandatory). Portuguese is a plus.
