The Role
As Infrastructure Support Engineer, you are the first technical point of contact for our customers when something goes wrong with their VMs or GPUs. You dig into logs, find the root cause, fix what you can, and keep customers in the loop until the issue is solved.
This is a hands-on execution role – perfect if you love solving real infrastructure problems and want to grow with a fast-moving AI cloud.
What You'll Do
Receive and respond to customer issues with VM and GPU infrastructure, mainly via chat
Investigate problems such as a machine going down by checking logs and identifying the cause
Fix issues directly where you can
Coordinate with our data centre partners and internal teams when needed
Keep customers updated until their issue is resolved
Provide technical coverage during European business hours
What We're Looking For
Experience in technical support, SRE or sysadmin roles
Strong Linux skills: logs, SSH, basic networking
Understanding of VMs and basic GPU setup (drivers, CUDA)
Structured troubleshooting: you find root causes, not just symptoms
High sense of urgency, don't keep customers waiting
Clear written English for customer chat, German is a plus
Reliable availability during European business hours
You prefer hands-on execution over managing others
Bonus Points
Experience at a networking, hosting or cloud company
Hands-on exposure to GPU or HPC environments
Previous experience in fast-moving startup environments, ability to adjust quickly and take ownership
Why us?
Outstanding team: Work with some of the best engineers in the world, coming from hedge funds, big tech, AI startups and top universities
Once in a lifetime opportunity: Early-stage company in the fastest-growing market in the world
Ownership: Shape how European AI companies access GPU compute
European mission: Build sovereign, GDPR-compliant AI infrastructure for the next generation of deep-tech
