🚀 We’re looking for our first Product Engineer at Top Xperience.

Over the past few years, we’ve been building and operating experiences in Japan.

Along the way, we started building our own technology to solve the problems we were facing every day.

What started as internal tools is now becoming something much bigger.

We’re building an ecosystem connecting learners, experts and experience businesses — combining learning, operations, customer memory, AI and real-world experiences.

Some of what we're already working on:

→ A Learner App to make progress visible and continuous

→ A booking & operations platform for experience businesses

→ Expert tools and profiles

→ Customer memory & AI-assisted sales

→ Real-time analytics to understand what actually works

And now I need help building it.

I’m looking for an early-career Full-Stack / Product Engineer who wants more than just another list of tickets.

Someone curious.

Someone who builds things.

Someone who enjoys figuring things out.

Someone who can say: “I tried this, it didn’t work, so I found another way.”

You don’t need 10 years of experience.

1–3 years + things you’ve actually built + a strong desire to learn and grow can be much more interesting to us.

Our current stack is around React / Next.js / TypeScript / APIs / databases / AI integrations, but mindset matters as much as the exact stack.
