Date Posted: 2026-03-23 Country: France Location: 31 Av de Montoires, 45500, Gien, France Aperçu du poste : Développer, piloter et déployer les solutions digitales Industrie 4.0 de l’usine de Gien, afin d’améliorer la performance opérationnelle, la traçabilité, la productivité et la digitalisation des flux logistiques et de production. OBJECTIFS 1. Systèmes de traçabilité et RFID Déployer une solution de suivi temps réel des contenants via RFID (internes et externes). Définir l’architecture RFID (tags, portiques, antennes, lecteurs). Piloter les tests, le paramétrage, la fiabilité et la maintenance du système. Assurer l’intégration avec ERP, WMS, MES ou bases internes. 2. Automatisation de la réception des pièces entrantes Mettre en place un système automatisé d’identification contenant/contenu . Standardiser les flux entre fournisseurs, réception logistique, magasin et production. Réduire les manipulations manuelles et erreurs d’étiquetage. Superviser les développements nécessaires (API, dashboards , intégration ERP). 3. Digitalisation des supermarchés logistiques Développer un système digital pour le picking et la préparation des kits . (Pick by Light ; Put to Light ; …; Voice ; …) Concevoir les écrans opérateurs, scanners, terminaux mobiles… 4. Performance manufacturing via POWER BI Construire un tableau de bord complet usine : TRS, OEE, volumes, logistique, qualité, sécurité, présence opérateurs, etc. Connecter les sources (ERP BAAN actuel, futur ERP, MES, fichiers, IoT). Automatiser la refresh chain (Power Automate, dataflows , pipelines). Supporter les managers et équipes dans l’analyse de performance. 5. Déploiement de solutions Industrie 4.0 Participer à la feuille de route digitale de l’usine. Identifier les opportunités 4.0 (IoT, AGV/AMR, vision, automatisation…). Faire la relation entre besoins terrain, IT, corporate , fournisseurs. 6. Gestion de projet Piloter planning, budget, livrables, achats. Rédiger cahiers des charges, analyses fonctionnelles, AMDEC process. Former les utilisateurs et assurer le support post-déploiement. Profil recherché : FORMATION Bac+5 Ingénieur ou équivalent, spécialisation : industrie, mécatronique, génie industriel, logistique, digitalisation avec 2 ou 3 ans d’expérience. COMPÉTENCES TECHNIQUES Très bonnes connaissances des flux industriels et logistiques. Pratique de Power BI (DAX, M language , data modelling ). Connaissance des systèmes ERP / WMS / MES. Technologies 4.0 : RFID, IoT, scanners, terminaux mobiles. Bon niveau en gestion de projet. Capacités d’analyse, structuration, résolution de problèmes. QUALITÉS HUMAINES Capacité à travailler avec la prod, la logistique, IT et fournisseurs. Orientation terrain + amélioration continue. Pédagogie, communication claire, autonomie.
