En véritable partenaire des operations, vous impacterez la reduction du nombre d’accidents en identifiant les risques terrain et en implementant la politique compagnie en matière EHS Au cours d'une journée type, vous devrez : Vos missions principales pour lesquelles une autonomie d’action est nécessaire s’articuleront autour de : Promouvoir la culture securité : leader par l’exemple en renforçant l’importance de l’EHS dans toute la BU. Responsabiliser : s’assurer que chacun comprenne son role et responsabilités en matiere EHS. Implementer la stratégie EHS: Coordiner les équipes pour maintenir les programmes EHS et assurer la conformité aux exigences locale et nationale. Mener des audits : Organiser et prevoir les audits individuels et agence. Supporter les Operations: Travailler avec les agences et partager l’ownership EHS. Suivre et améliorer les performances : utiliser et analyser les KPI pour l’amélioration continue. Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir : Une expérience en matière EHS ou en gestion transverse d’une activité operationnelle chantier est un plus. Des déplacements seront nécessaires dans vos semaines de travail (60% du temps) et une interaction avec les différents acteurs nécessiteront une aisance en matiere de communication et de gestion à distance. L’adaptabilité et la la capacité à travailler aux côtés des opérations dans des environnements chantier , incluant des interlocuteurs multiples seront clefs dans la réussite.
