What you'll do

• Translate strategic business requirements in the finance area into actionable initiatives, including system configuration, solution design and close collaboration with Product Management and Solution Architecture

• Contribute to Knauf’s SAP transformation towards S/4HANA Public Cloud, shaping future-ready solutions across consolidation, reporting and finance operations

• Analyse data to identify trends and insights that support strategic decision-making, improve product and service outcomes and enable process optimisation across teams

• Configure, maintain and continuously enhance Finance applications, providing effective technical support, troubleshooting, documentation and user training

• Drive international, end-to-end implementation and optimisation projects across SAP Finance, Group Reporting, invoice management incl. electronic invoicing, travel expenses, treasury and related solutions—while supporting Operations Engineering with complex cases

Who you are

• Several years of consulting experience in SAP Finance environments, with strong hands-on expertise ideally covering consolidation, group reporting or related finance processes in SAP ECC, S/4HANA or cloud-based environments

• A confident communicator who creates alignment, builds trust and collaborates effectively with stakeholders across Finance, IT and business functions

• An impact-driven professional who turns business requirements into scalable solutions that strengthen Finance within complex enterprise landscapes

• An analytical and solution-oriented problem solver, capable of translating complex challenges into practical improvements and measurable business outcomes

• A forward-looking thinker with an interest in integrated cloud and on-premise landscapes, emerging technologies and the continued transformation towards SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud
