As a start, you may become … a Technical Maestro – orchestrating digital innovations (Cloud Service Operations, Quality Engineer, Software Engineer, SW Architect, Technical writer, ao) a Project Champion – enabling seamless project collaborations (Product Owner, Product Manager, Project Manager, Scrum Master, Solution Architect, Sales Manager, Customer Success Manager, ao) a Business Expert – building success from within (IT Administrator, Office Manager, Controller, Accountant, HR Generalist, Marketing Specialist, ao) What you bring to the role: You have a competed IT or commercial education (A-Level; FH, TU - or similar) or gained comparable skills as a self-learner. You are keen with IT , agile environment. For Software Engineering roles: You have knowledge in software development with focus on at least one object-oriented language ( Java and/or C#, Typescrip t, Python ) - that’s a must. Experience with Web-development would be a benefit; affinity with Kubernetes, Web UI Engineering, Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment, etc. – that’s a nice to have. You are continuously improving your skills; work independently, keen to network and know when it's time to fall back on it. You are eager to learn and have the potential to take on responsibility and support / coach others. You are an inspiring team player , listen to others actively and follow up with constructive outcome-oriented ideas. You have excellent communication skills in English and can explain complex issues in a target group-orientated way.
