My client are looking for an Innovation Manager to join them. Sitting within their Business Solutions team, they will play a strategic role, between innovation, design and delivery. Responsible for helping shape how technology can evolve across the business.
They are looking for someone who can design practical solutions to improve efficiency and service quality. Duties will include, identifying emerging technologies, supporting integrations, creating prototypes and coordinating demos. You will support adoption and lead the design and implementation of AI strategy across the business.

They have a hybrid working policy of 2/3 days per week in the Guernsey office and the remainder worked remote.
