Innovation Manager for EU projects - Full-Time

We specialize in the development of innovation projects and the preparation of applications to European funding programmes, particularly Horizon Europe.

We are currently looking for an Innovation Manager (Full-Time) to strengthen our Innovation Projects team.

This role includes partial allocation to an approved Horizon Europe project in its early implementation phase, as well as active involvement in the development and submission of new Horizon Europe proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

· Management and implementation of innovation projects, including participation in a Horizon Europe project (early implementation phase)

· Development of project concepts aligned with Horizon Europe priorities

· Consortium building, partner alignment, and stakeholder engagement

· Coordination and writing of Horizon Europe proposals

· Budget preparation and resource planning

· Contribution to strategic positioning of projects and funding opportunities

· Development of business models and value propositions for innovation projects

Requirements:

· Proven experience in preparing and submitting proposals to Horizon Europe – mandatory

· Experience in the active implementation and management of Horizon Europe projects is strongly valued

· Experience in Horizon Europe Cluster 2 (Culture, Creativity and Inclusive Society) is highly valued

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields

· Strong scientific and technical writing skills

· Demonstrated experience in business modeling and value proposition development

· Proven ability in stakeholder engagement, including consortium partners, clients, and funding entities

· High level of autonomy in managing and writing all phases of a proposal

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong time management skills and attention to detail
