The Role

An Industrialization Project Engineer (M/F/D) develops and implements projects related to the industrialization of Bontaz products from conception through to completion. In this role, you will be responsible for all project phases — managing technical, quality, cost and deadline targets — while acting as the key contact point for internal teams and external stakeholders.

What you'll do:

→ Collect and structure project specifications, assess feasibility and define phases, timelines and monitoring methods;

→ Identify and coordinate project stakeholders, ensuring resource allocation and cross-functional alignment;

→ Monitor QCD indicators, identify deviations and implement corrective action plans;

→ Manage risk analysis and proactively escalate roadblocks;

→ Conduct and lead internal, customer and supplier audits;

→ Ensure quality project documentation and regular reporting to management and stakeholders;

→ Drive continuous improvement across all project phases.

What we're looking for:

• Degree in Engineering or related field;
• Experience in industrialization and/or project management, preferably in the automotive sector;
• Knowledge of quality standards (IATF, APQP, PPAP) is a plus;
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities;
• Clear and effective communicator across teams and hierarchies;
• Proactive, results-oriented and comfortable working under pressure;
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project or similar);
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Salary Range: 23.800€ - 35.000€ Annual Base Salary+ Meal Allowance
