A comprehensive 13-week onboarding and training program The Inside Sales Representative will drive revenue growth by managing an assigned portfolio of customers, developing strong relationships, and identifying opportunities to retain and expand business. The position uses consultative selling, proactive outreach, and effective territory management to help customers identify the right Hach solutions. In this role, a typical day will look like: Manage and develop an assigned portfolio of customer accounts. Proactively uncover customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Retain and expand existing business through consistent customer engagement. Conduct outbound prospecting and follow up on inbound leads. Progress opportunities through the sales cycle and negotiate within established guidelines. Deliver product presentations, consultations, and virtual demonstrations. Maintain accurate pipeline, opportunity, and customer activity information in Salesforce. Partner with field sales, marketing, customer service, and technical teams to support revenue growth. The essential requirements of the job include: Two or more years of experience in inside sales, account management, business development, or a related customer-facing sales role. Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales goals. Strong customer communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. Experience managing multiple accounts, opportunities, and priorities. Ability to conduct prospecting and qualify customer needs. Experience using CRM tools; Salesforce experience is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or a related field preferred, with equivalent experience considered. US ONLY : The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The compensation range for this role is $30.00 - $35.00 USD per hour. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
