Company Background Industrial Inspection & Analysis (IIA Lab Services, LLC) is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team in a newly created Inside Sales Representative role focused on supporting the growth of our EMC and RF testing laboratory services. This position is responsible for identifying and engaging prospective customers, developing new business opportunities, and helping clients navigate their product compliance and certification needs. Our testing capabilities are further strengthened by our in-house Telecommunications Certification Body (TCB) and Foreign Certification Body (FCB) services, allowing us to provide customers with a streamlined path from testing through certification. In addition to EMC and wireless compliance testing, IIA offers a broad portfolio of services including Global Market Access (GMA), Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) evaluations, environmental testing, and shock and vibration testing. This comprehensive service offering enables us to serve as a trusted partner for customers throughout the product development and certification lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking activities. Research target markets and companies to generate leads for EMC, RF/Wireless, SAR, Environmental, and Certification services. Contact prospective customers to understand product compliance, testing, and certification requirements. Schedule meetings and introductory calls between potential customers and technical or business development personnel. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline within the CRM system. Follow up on quotations, proposals, and prior customer inquiries to increase conversion rates. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and exceptional customer service. Work closely with laboratory operations, project managers, and certification personnel to ensure customer requirements are accurately captured and communicated. Educate customers on regulatory compliance requirements, testing processes, certification pathways, and available service offerings. Support the preparation of sales reports, pipeline forecasts, and business development metrics. Re-engage inactive customers and identify opportunities for additional testing or certification services. Assist in executing marketing campaigns, webinars, trade show follow-up activities, and lead nurturing programs. Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and testing services affecting customer needs. Achieve or exceed established sales activity and revenue objectives. Represent IIA Lab Services professionally and uphold the company's commitment to customer satisfaction and technical excellence. Candidate Qualifications Must be a U.S. Citizen Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers. Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor. Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented with a strong desire to drive revenue growth. Technical aptitude and the ability to learn EMC, RF/Wireless, certification, and regulatory compliance concepts. Ability to effectively manage multiple opportunities and priorities. Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team. In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry. Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client. Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close. Previous experience in inside sales experience, TIC industry experience or related sales experience preferred. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office eg. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint Knowledge of Sales Force (and CRM’s in general) an asset Position Details Hours of work will be 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with a half hour lunch. Additional hours may be required from time to time based on workload requirements. Monday to Friday Position is remote based.
