About the role

Spain or Portugal (Remote) | Contract / Consultancy Assignment

We are now looking for a service-oriented and structured Inside Salesperson for our Spanish and Portuguese market. You will work closely with our local sales team, and the role is based on remote work on a consultancy basis. You are passionate about working closely with our customers and supporting the local sales team in their daily work. The role is operational and is well suited to someone who enjoys order administration, customer contact, and maintaining control of the entire process from RFQ to order.

Your responsibilities

• Order Management — receiving, registering and following up on customer orders and ensuring accurate delivery information.
• Customer Support — providing professional service via phone and email, answering questions and assisting customers.
• Sales Support — generating quotes, managing order-related documents and supporting salespeople with various tasks.
• Administration — update CRM and ERP systems, update customer data and ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Also includes other various tasks related to customer support.
  

Your background and profile

• We believe you have previous experience in customer service, order administration, or inside sales, or have completed relevant studies and are looking to start your career in this field.
• Experience from the PCB and/or Electronic industry is an advantage but not a must.
• You are communicative, meticulous and thrive in a role with many customer contacts.
• You have a professional and solution-oriented way of working.
• You like structure, order and satisfied customers.
• You speak and write fluent Spanish
• You possess strong written and spoken English skills.
• You are based in either Spain or Portugal.
