As an Inside Sales Associate for the Italian market, you will be the first point of contact for businesses across Italy looking to transition to clean energy within the residential market. You will manage incoming leads, educate prospects on solar financial benefits, and qualify them for system designs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE: Lead Qualification: Follow up promptly on inbound inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp to identify highly qualified buyers. Sales Meeting Support: Coordinate and participate in customer meetings with Sales Managers, preparing presentations, technical, and follow‑up summaries to move opportunities forward. Customer Event & Campaign Support: Assist Sales Managers in organizing and executing customer events (webinars, roadshows, trade fairs), ensuring invitations, attendee lists, and post‑event follow‑ups are managed effectively. Product & Promotion Enablement: Keep customer and partner records updated with new product developments, feature releases, promotions, and incentive campaigns, ensuring correct and timely communication. Pipeline Management: Maintain precise records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales stages within our CRM platform. Sales Operations Coordination: Collaborate with the Sales Operation team to follow up on Sales Orders, Order Fulfilment, Deliveries & Invoicing QUALIFICATIONS 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing or customer care(renewable energy sector experience is a major asset). Good knowledge of energy storage products and solutions; previous experience in a similar role is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to handle leads analysis and qualification Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office applications to manage sales pipelines and customer interactions. COMPETENCIES Proactive, results-driven sales professional with a strong sense of urgency and ownership. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with installers, partners, and executive stakeholders in an international environment. Strategic mindset with a hands-on, pragmatic approach to problem-solving and deal execution. Ability to work autonomously and thrive under pressure in a fast-moving market.
