Position: Inside Sales Executive

Head Office: Ingleburn, NSW

Salary: $85k + Super + Commission (OTE: $100k)

Working Model: Onsite - Moves to Hybrid after 3- 6 months

The Role

• Manage and qualify inbound leads
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Understand product applications and basic installation requirements
• Research leads prior to contact
• Conduct phone and email outreach
• Grow existing accounts through cross-sell and upsell opportunities
• Maintain sustainable profit margins
• Manage key customer relationships and repeat business
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive sales outcomes
• Represent the business at trade events and lunch & learns

About You

• Proven experience working to KPIs and sales targets
• Strong phone-based sales experience
• Ability to manage and convert inbound leads
• Background in product-based sales
• Confidence engaging with builders, designers and stakeholders
• Experience in specification sales, lighting, furniture or similar (highly regarded)
• Driven mindset with a strong desire to grow your career
