We are a growing, family-owned freight dispatching company looking for a motivated and reliable Inside Sales Representative to join our team on a part-time basis.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is comfortable speaking English on the phone, enjoys communicating with people, and wants to gain hands-on experience in sales and the U.S. trucking industry.

💡Position Details

• Position: Inside SalesRepresentative
• Employment Type: Part-Time
• Work Location: Remote
• Experience Level: Entry Level (Experience in sales, marketing, hospitality is preferred)
• Hourly Rate: ¥3,500/hour
• Minimum Schedule: 2 hours per shift
• Commission: ¥5,000 for each client successfully signed
• Japanese: Not required
• Experience: Not required — training provided

🧳 What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls to potential trucking company clients
• Introduce our freight dispatching services to potential clients
• Use our provided sales pitch and calling guidelines
• Communicate with American and Mexican trucking clients
• Follow our client criteria and established calling process
• Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients
• Keep track of calls, leads, and client information
• Follow up with potential clients when necessary

📚 No Experience Required — Training Provided

No previous sales experience is required. We will provide training from the ground up and explain:

• What to say during calls
• Which trucking companies we are looking for
• How to identify potential clients
• How our calling process works
• How to communicate effectively with prospective clients

Sales, marketing, hospitality, customer service, or other communication-related experience is preferred but not required.

• Fully remote
• Flexible scheduling
• Minimum 2 hours per shift
• Part-time work suitable for someone looking to earn additional income
• Opportunity to work with a U.S.-based company from Japan or another eligible location

🚀 Opportunity to Grow

After successfully working with us for several months, you may have the opportunity to receive additional training as a Freight Dispatcher.

Depending on your performance, experience, and successful completion of training, there may also be an opportunity to transition into a full-time remote position with our company.

🔍 What We’re Looking For

• Strong spoken English skills (Spanish speaking skill is preferred)
• Confident and friendly communication style
• Comfortable making outbound phone calls
• Motivated and willing to learn
• Reliable and professional
• Able to follow instructions and established processes
• Comfortable communicating with people from different backgrounds
• Sales, marketing, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus
• Japanese language skills are NOT required

👥Our Cliens

You will primarily communicate with trucking companies and potential American & Mexican clients.
