One80 Intermediaries is seeking an Inside Sales Representative - Life & Health to join our growing team!
Pearl Insurance is seeking a Inside Sales Representative for our Life & Health NEA team. You will be responsible for account review, telephone marketing, and sales of insurance products to members. Meets established sales targets and other quality of business factors. Significantly contributes to business retention efforts.
How You Will Contribute:
- Sell insurance products to prospective and existing members by making and receiving telephone calls to upgrade and/or cross-sell additional products.
- Responsible for meeting individual sales and quality of business targets. Reviews and analyzes sales reports and other data to monitor progress towards stated goals. Provides input to management to help identify opportunities to improve sales.
- Calculates and presents quotes and writes insurance applications. Follow up regarding pending or incomplete transactions as needed.
- Participates in business retention activities as directed by management. Contact current members to encourage reinstatement of insurance coverage and reduce termination rates.
- Keeps members informed about available products and services, pricing, and new insurance products and/or promotions.
- Track monthly sales.
- Responds to member inquiries and resolve problems professionally, accurately and on a timely basis. Refers questions to an appropriate resource if unable to resolve the problem.
- Maintains insurance product knowledge and selling techniques.
Licenses & Certifications:
- Current Life, Accident and Health license preferred and will help get licensed for a candidate who meets requirements.
Skills & Experience to be Successful:
- 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Insurance sales and/or telemarketing experience preferred.
- Basic PC skills required, including spreadsheet and word processing software.

Pay Range
$17.00 - $17.30 HourlyThe pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
