Role Description The Inside Sales Representative (Remote) is a full-time role responsible for engaging prospective and existing customers via phone, email, and online channels to promote Palmway Pools’ services. The role includes qualifying inbound and outbound leads, explaining service offerings, preparing quotes, and following up to close sales. The Inside Sales Representative will maintain ongoing relationships with customers, schedule service appointments, and coordinate with operations to ensure a smooth customer experience. Daily activities also include updating CRM records, monitoring sales pipelines, and meeting or exceeding sales and customer satisfaction targets while working independently in a remote environment.

• Candidates should possess Inside Sales skills, including consultative selling, outbound calling, and closing techniques.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, including active listening, empathy, and problem resolution.
• Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, such as prospecting, qualifying leads, and nurturing opportunities.
• Candidates should possess Account Management skills, including relationship building, renewal support, and upselling services.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain service options clearly and persuasively.
• Comfort with CRM systems, basic computer skills, and working in a remote, metrics-driven environment.
• Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work independently while meeting performance goals.
• Prior experience in service-based industries, home services, or pool/spa maintenance sales is a plus.
