Work Schedule: Day shift: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM PHT, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM PHT Monday to Friday

Location: Fully Remote (Work From Home)

Role Overview

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity for an Insolvency Accountant to support a range of engagements across restructuring, insolvency, and advisory services. You will work as part of a collaborative team, contributing to key processes and gaining hands-on experience across diverse client matters.

Reporting to senior team members, you will assist in delivering high-quality outcomes by supporting both internal operations and client-facing activities. This role provides exposure to various aspects of insolvency and restructuring, offering strong opportunities for professional growth within a supportive and dynamic environment.

You will also have the opportunity to build your technical expertise and expand your professional network through involvement in client engagements, business operations, and advisory work.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in insolvency and restructuring engagements, including voluntary administration and liquidation
• Support senior team members in investigations, reporting, and case administration
• Prepare financial analyses, reports, and supporting documentation
• Maintain accurate records and assist with compliance requirements
• Contribute to client engagements and support effective stakeholder communication
• Apply financial modelling and analytical skills to support decision-making
• Assist in managing workflow and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Support working capital and cash flow monitoring activities
• Contribute to maintaining high standards of service delivery

Required Skills and Experience

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in professional services or insolvency-related roles
• Basic to intermediate understanding of insolvency, restructuring, business operations and tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Willingness to learn and develop within the insolvency and restructuring field
• Demonstrated reliability, motivation, and professionalism
