You’re agile, keen and open to meaningful work and opportunities that come your way.

Work in an organisation based on purpose, structure and process. You know that to make a meaningful contribution to our community and economy, there needs to be diligence in our operations.

In this role, you'll:

Work as part of a team delivering innovative, risk-based vehicle compliance and regulatory programs that help keep NSW roads safe and support confidence in the transport network.

This role will see you at the centre of the Vehicle Inspectorate's regulatory operations, managing enquiry intake and triage, engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders, and contributing to the delivery of contemporary regulatory programs. You'll leverage Salesforce and other modern case management tools to assess matters, provide regulatory advice, coordinate complaints and referrals, and support informed decision-making across a broad range of vehicle compliance activities.

You will drive positive regulatory outcomes in a fast-paced and evolving environment, navigating complex and often sensitive matters while identifying trends, uncovering opportunities for improvement, and helping shape smarter, more efficient regulatory services for the NSW community.

This is a temporary fixed-term, full-time opportunity based at our Parramatta office.

About you

Your customer service expertise, problem-solving capability and attention to detail, developed through experience in high-volume regulatory, compliance or similarly fast-paced environments, will enable you to excel in managing complex enquiries and delivering timely, customer-focused outcomes.

You're recognised as a responsive and solutions-focused professional. Skilled at investigating issues, resolving complex matters and building positive stakeholder relationships, you'll bring experience working within a highly regulated environment. Experience using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce, will enable you to effectively manage case workloads and support quality regulatory outcomes.
