Role Summary: The Institutional Solutions Associate supports the effective servicing and relationship management of institutional and corporate clients by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining reliable client information and reporting, and ensuring adherence to established risk and control requirements. The role contributes to a consistent client experience while building the foundation for a career in institutional relationship management. What Business Outcomes the Role is Responsible for: Deliver a Reliable Institutional Client Experience: Coordinate effectively with clients and internal teams to address requirements, meet agreed service levels, and provide responsive support that strengthens long-term client relationships. Ensure Accurate & Timely Client Reporting: Maintain high-quality client data, records, reports, and reconciliations to provide Relationship Managers and institutional clients with reliable information for decision-making and servicing requirements. Strengthen Risk, Compliance & Service Execution: Apply established policies, controls, and regulatory requirements while proactively identifying and resolving issues and contributing to improvements that reduce errors, strengthen controls, and improve turnaround times. What We’re Looking For in a Successful Candidate: Relevant Experience & Business Foundation: Graduate of a business-related course such as Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Industrial or Management Engineering, or Mathematics, with above-average academic performance and at least one year of experience in a financial institution support role, preferably servicing institutional clients within Trust or Operations. Institutional Client & Financial Knowledge: Demonstrates an understanding of institutional and corporate clients, including basic financial statement and annual report analysis, common corporate transactions, investment products, and the servicing requirements of entity accounts. Client-Centricity & Relationship Skills: Combines analytical thinking, problem solving, adaptability, empathy, and strong verbal and written communication skills to understand client needs, collaborate effectively with stakeholders, and build trusted long-term relationships.
