With us you will be able to work on solutions used by thousands of dental professionals worldwide. We are currently looking for an ambitious Instructional Designer to join our team in Poland. We are looking for an Instructional Designer to support the creation of video-based learning and digital training content. You will work closely with subject matter experts and internal teams to create content that is clear, engaging, and effective. Depending on your experience, you will have the opportunity to take increasing ownership of content and projects over time. Key responsibilities: Create and produce training videos and multimedia learning content Record and edit screen recordings, voiceovers, and video materials Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate knowledge into learning content Structure and organize content into clear, engaging learning experiences Ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency across training materials Manage multiple tasks and contribute to project timelines and deliverables Support localization and updates for global audiences Your profile: Experience or strong interest in video editing, multimedia production, or content creation Familiarity with tools such as Camtasia, Adobe Premiere, or similar Ability to translate complex topics into clear and structured content Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) Good organizational skills and attention to detail A collaborative and proactive mindset Nice to Have: Experience with instructional design, e-learning, or training content Understanding of learning principles such as adult learning Interest in visual design, storytelling, or user experience What We Offer: The opportunity to work on global learning experiences A role with room to grow and expand responsibilities A collaborative environment with skilled and supportive colleagues Exposure to innovative technology in a market-leading company Benefits: Attractive office with relax zones located in Szczecin, Poland.
