Role Description
The Instructional Designer is a full-time, remote role responsible for designing and developing engaging learning experiences that support leadership development and coaching programs. Day-to-day tasks include conducting needs analyses with internal stakeholders, translating learning objectives into instructional strategies, and creating curricula and learning materials (e.g., facilitator guides, participant workbooks, e-learning modules, and multimedia resources). The role involves managing content within learning platforms, collaborating closely with coaches and trainers to refine program design, and iterating on existing materials based on feedback and outcomes. The Instructional Designer will also support virtual and in-person training initiatives by ensuring materials are learner-centered, accessible, and aligned with the organization’s standards and methodologies.
