The Opportunity
What you''ll do
- Design and develop instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, video, microlearning, and blended learning solutions.
- Consult with business leaders and stakeholders to identify performance gaps and recommend effective learning solutions.
- Create learning pathways, curricula, assessments, job aids, and performance support materials that deliver measurable outcomes.
- Manage learning projects from concept through deployment, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Leverage modern learning technologies, multimedia tools, and AI-enabled solutions to enhance learner engagement and effectiveness.
About you
- Experience designing and developing corporate learning solutions.
- Knowledge of instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE, SAM, or Agile Learning Design.
- Experience conducting needs analyses and partnering with stakeholders to drive performance outcomes.
- Proficiency with tools such as Articulate 360, learning management systems, and Microsoft 365.
- Strong writing, storyboarding, visual design, and project management skills.
- A bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

Location
This position can be based in Liverpool, NY; Melville, NY; Queens, NY; or Worcester, MA with at least 2 days a week in the office.
Salary
New York - $75,000 - $88,000 a year
