Instructional Designer (Multimedia & Digital Learning)

Designs, develops, and delivers engaging digital learning solutions by combining instructional design expertise with strong multimedia, UX/UI, and visual design capabilities, ensuring learning experiences are pedagogically sound, visually compelling, and aligned with business and learning objectives.

• Design learning concepts, storyboards, scripts, assessments, and learning flows for digital and blended learning formats.
• Apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to ensure effective knowledge transfer
• Develop eLearning modules using authoring tools such as Articulate Rise and Storyline.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, developers, and stakeholders throughout the content lifecycle.
• Integrate multimedia elements including video, graphics, animation, and interactive components.
• Develop innovative visual designs and applies UX/UI principles to learning experiences.
• Ensure quality, accuracy, usability, and brand alignment of all learning assets.

• 2-5 years of professional experience
• Bachelor in Instructional Design, UX Design, Multimedia
