The ideal candidate will be able to provide exceptional administrative support to the business whilst learning on the job, building the knowledge and skills to gain an apprenticeship qualification and preparing for going out into the workplace. What you'll be doing Provide excellent customer service by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, insurers, and underwriters. Manage policy renewals, mid-term adjustments, queries, and other insurance administration accurately and efficiently. Help secure and retain business by identifying suitable and cost-effective insurance solutions for clients. Support new business activities, including preparing quotations and ensuring all required documentation is completed. Work in line with company procedures, regulatory requirements, and customer service standards while achieving individual and team objectives. What you'll need to have Eager to learn and develop new skills through workplace experience and apprenticeship training. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the confidence to build strong relationships with clients, insurers, and colleagues. Highly organised with strong attention to detail and good IT skills. Professional, reliable, and committed, consistently demonstrating company values. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and provide excellent support to colleagues and customers. What makes you stand out Minimum Grade 4 (C) GCSEs in English and Mathematics.
