Personal Lines Executive – Hybrid (West of Ireland)

Salary: €30,000 - €38,000 DOE + Bonus

Type: Full-time | 2 days onsite

An established and growing insurance brokerage is seeking a Personal Lines Executive to join their team on a hybrid basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive, flexible working environment, managing a portfolio of new business and renewals across Personal Lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming enquiries, quotations, and renewals for Personal Lines policies
• Provide exceptional service to both new and existing clients
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company procedures
• Contribute to business development and team performance targets

Requirements:

• APA-qualified in Insurance (CIP is an advantage)
• Broker experience in Personal Lines is essential
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Familiarity with broker platforms and systems
