Senior Client Service Associate

Elliott is a wealth management firm working with high net worth families across Ireland as their financial director. We advise across retirement and pension planning, cash flow modelling, investment and asset management, business exit planning, estate planning and risk management. The firm is growing, and this role sits at the centre of how we deliver for clients.

We are looking for an experienced client services professional to take ownership of the operational side of client engagement.

The role

• You will run the day-to-day operational delivery behind every client case: account opening across providers and platforms, new business tracked through to completion, AML and compliance files complete and current, client reporting produced on schedule, and the CRM maintained accurately.
• Alongside this, you will take ownership of defined areas — onboarding, new business processing, annual review cycles — and build the processes behind them so they hold as client numbers grow. Where something isn't working, we expect you to say so and fix it.
• You will work directly with the founder on live cases including pension transfers, ARF drawdowns, PRSA structuring and business exit planning.

• We don't micromanage. You own your areas and you are accountable for the outcome, not for hours at a desk. We are flexible on working hours and open to arrangements that suit you, provided client deadlines are met and standards hold.

What we're looking for

• QFA qualification
• Several years' experience in a brokerage, life office, investment platform or advisory firm
• Working knowledge of Irish pension and investment products
• Experience of client account opening, AML and compliance requirements
• Strong CRM experience and discipline
• Evidence of having improved or built a process, not only worked within one
• High attention to detail. Our work involves irreversible decisions and hard deadlines
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
• Social media or content experience is an advantage but not a requirement.

• €50,000–€60,000 depending on experience
