Role Description This full-time Insurance & Financial Advisor role is a hybrid position based in Athens, with flexibility for some work from home. The advisor will meet with clients to assess their financial needs, explain insurance options, and recommend appropriate coverage and investment strategies. Daily responsibilities include developing customized financial and retirement plans, analyzing financial data, preparing proposals, and maintaining accurate client records. The advisor will regularly follow up with clients, monitor performance of recommended solutions, and adjust strategies as needed. Additional tasks include staying current on industry regulations and products, collaborating with internal teams, and participating in local networking and business development activities.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong Financial Planning and Retirement Planning skills, with the ability to create tailored, long-term strategies for diverse client needs.
  • Candidates should possess solid Finance and Investments knowledge to analyze client portfolios and recommend appropriate financial products.
  • Candidates should possess expertise in Insurance solutions, including risk assessment and policy comparison across life, health, and property/casualty products.
  • Relevant experience in advisory or client-facing financial services, with strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret financial data, use planning software, and present complex concepts in clear, accessible language.
  • High level of integrity, professional judgment, and commitment to regulatory and ethical standards.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFP, ChFC, insurance licenses) are highly beneficial.
  • Comfort working in a hybrid environment, managing time effectively, and collaborating with colleagues both in-office and remotely.
