Role Description The Insurance Sales Agent role at Chubb Life is a full-time, hybrid position based in Alexandria, Egypt, with some flexibility to work from home. The Insurance Sales Agent will engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable life insurance and savings products. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, conducting consultations, presenting product options, and guiding customers through the application and underwriting processes. The role involves maintaining strong customer relationships, providing ongoing service and policy reviews, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with company and regulatory standards. The Insurance Sales Agent will collaborate with internal teams and distribution partners to meet sales targets, contribute to local market growth, and uphold Chubb Life’s commitment to ethical, customer-focused insurance solutions.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency in Insurance Sales and Sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, listen actively, and offer clear, tailored guidance.
• Solid understanding of Insurance products and concepts, with the ability to explain coverage and benefits in accessible terms.
• Experience in Insurance Brokerage or working with multiple distribution channels is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are highly beneficial.
• Comfort with hybrid work arrangements, time management, and productive collaboration both onsite and remotely.
• Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools for managing leads, client information, and sales activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred; relevant sales or insurance certifications are a plus.
• Strong ethical standards, resilience in a target-driven environment, and commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth.
